Welcome to Brown Brown and Brown PLLC.
Brown, Brown and Brown is one of the Southeast's oldest law firms. J.M. Brown, the founding member of the firm, began practice in 1878. He was later joined by his son, R. Lane Brown, Sr. Richard L. Brown, Jr. continued in the family tradition, beginning his practice with the firm in 1931. In 1966, Charles P. Brown joined his father in practice and has engaged in active practice since 1966.
G. Crawford Rippy, III joined the firm in 1989, Connie E. Josey joined the firm in 2004, and James L. Senter joined in 2007.
Brown, Brown and Brown engages in active practice in estate planning and administration, in both civil and criminal litigation, in personal injury and wrongful death cases, in real estate, and in business matters.
Beyond engaging in the active practice of law, members of the firm are also involved in local, state and national bar organizations and associations. We are members of the North Carolina Bar Association, the 20th Judicial District Bar, the Stanly County Bar, and the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce.
